·   Managed contractual reporting requirements to USAID, including development of weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and final reports and annual project work plans

·   Assisted in developing, adopting, and implementing legal and operational reforms impacting seven World Bank Doing Business indicators (Starting a Business, Dealing with Construction permits, Getting Credit, Trading Across Borders, Registering Property, Paying Taxes, and Protecting Investors); these reforms contributed directly to a world-leading 28 country rank improvement and a 170 place cumulative indicator rank improvement in the Doing Business 2013 report. Specific improvements resulting from these reforms include:

o   Increased corporate disclosure requirements and conflict of interest protections, leading to a 76 rank improvement in the Protecting Investors indicator;

o   Eliminated LLC charter capital, registration fees, and notary requirements for articles of incorporation, resulting in a 44 rank improvement in the Starting a Business indicator and over 50% increase in LLC registrations annually;

o   Reduced construction fees over 500% per capita Gross National Income and streamlined processing times, resulting in a 33 rank improvement in the Dealing with Construction Permits indicator; and

o   Reduced the cost of trade transactions 20% through document elimination and process streamlining captured in the Trading Across Borders indicator

·   Conducted legal writing workshop for BEEP staff; this methodology was adopted by the project as the established persuasive writing methodology for external advocacy documents
